Thank you for shopping with Spring Jacket! We are committed to delivering your Waterproof Hooded Trench Coat to you efficiently and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Rates
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on a Friday or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier efficiency.
4. International Shipping
We proudly ship our Waterproof Hooded Trench Coats worldwide! International orders are typically delivered within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please be aware that:
- Customs and Duties: Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
- Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Spring Jacket is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, international postal services).
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Customs processing delays for international shipments.
- Natural disasters or other force majeure events.
We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues that may arise.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please note that these orders can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@waterprooftrenchcoat.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please provide your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the damage to the product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to international regulations and logistical limitations, we are unable to ship to certain restricted countries. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process.
