Refund Policy

At Spring Jacket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your "Waterproof Hooded Trench Coat." If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. Returns requested or received after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items
For a return to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Free from any odors, stains, or damage.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of the return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@example.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive RMA Number: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as this may delay or prevent your refund.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA instructions.
4. Refund Method and Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Personalized or customized items.
- For hygiene reasons, any products that are intimate or sanitary goods once opened or used.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective "Waterproof Hooded Trench Coat," or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@example.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, after verifying the issue. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
8. Exchange Policy
